Job Summary

A managing patient care company is filling a position for a Virtual Java Technical Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Devise technical strategies to ensure Business and Client satisfaction are met
  • Mentor/train team members to ensure productivity and quality of code
  • Undertake complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge in software development

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 7 years in software engineering
  • Degree in Computer Engineering or the equivalent
  • Must have in-depth and hands-on Java experience
  • Working knowledge of Spring, Struts, Hibernate, JSP
  • Working knowledge of Red Hat and other Linux operating systems
  • Working knowledge of JBOSS business rules
