Job Summary
A mortgage services company is seeking a Virtual Jumbo Credit Underwriter in Tampa.
Must be able to:
- Underwrite residential mortgage loans
- Identify and assess overall risk and potential fraud exposure
- Meet the minimum daily production goals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 - 5 years of recent frontline underwriting experience
- In-depth knowledge HVCC
- In-depth knowledge of the total closing function
- Up-to-date knowledge in Fannie/Freddie guidelines
- Proficient with the suite of Microsoft Office products
- Other requirements as outlined in the job description
