Lifebushido, through its primary venture Best Agent Business, provides all services needed to grow a real estate business from $100,000 to more than $1,000,000 GCI using Steve's Billion Dollar Agent System.

Best Agent Business offers virtual assistants working as project managers and collaborating with our in-house marketing, database, lead, listings, closings, and accounting teams to provide a seamless business team experience to real estate agents nationwide. In 2017, we had over 100 people working with Lifebushido and over 100 clients. We are growing steadily.

Key Assistant/Project Manager/Leader

We have immediate growth needs for a Key Assistant/Project Manager/Leader, US-based, for 15-25 hours per week to virtually assist real estate agents.

Key Assistants positions are project managers who work with real estate agents directly. A Key Assistant's role is to understand the real estate agents' business environment so they can identify services that will develop and grow their business.

REQUIREMENTS:

The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must.

Compensation: Starting pay is $10/hr with opportunity to earn $15/hr at the end of first year through bonuses. Paycheck is deposited directly, once a month, in your bank account.

Hours Required: minimum of 15 up to a maximum of 25 hours per week

Mandatory Training: It takes about 3-6 months to be properly trained in our proprietary systems and become a Key Assistant/Project Manager. You can fast track through training by substituting your Real Estate Assistant experience. You will be required to clear each training level with a passing grade on a quiz: All training is paid on the job work.

New Hire Tasks and Lead Management (Month 1) - You will learn internal systems, how we work with databases and our proprietary methods of updating/organizing.

Calling (Month 2-3) - You will learn how to call warm buyer leads from sites like Zillow and provide customer service calling for our clients to help people buy a home. Training starts with calling leads for 5 hrs/wk goes up to 10 hrs/wk to end at 15 hrs/wk. If you are successful you will be able to add-in project management training and ramp down calling. You may also substitute your considerable office administration/project management/customer service experience with calling.

Client Work with Mentor (Month 4-5) - You will work alongside a mentor to work with clients as Key Assistant/Project Manager.

Client Work Solo (Month 6) - You will be responsible for your own first client. You will be able to reach out to your mentor for support and guidance.
