A non-profit organization is in need of a Virtual Lead Designer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Systematically collecting, analyzing, and using data to make design pivots
• Driving the development of beautiful and user-centered print and web-based products
• Designing and facilitating experiences

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to bring passion for creating innovative, breakthrough new school models
• Have demonstrated ability to design, build, launch, and iterate/improve on compelling products
• Ability to bring experience establishing a design vision/strategy
• Proficient in a variety of user research methods
• Ability to bring experience with graphic and web design
