Job Summary

You would join Reality Debt Solutions' team of phone agents, helping to further qualify potential customers once they've requested help online. This is lead generation, so you should be comfortable with rebuttals.

Requested work commitment of 20 to 40 hours a week. Agents are independent contractors (1099) not employees.

SKILL SET OVERVIEW:
Excellent listening and communication skills
Answer general customer questions, guidelines provided
Ability to follow a basic workflow
Marketing/lead generation experience preferred but not required

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 to apply
Must reside in the US
Must be reliable and dedicated
Experience in marketing, lead generation, or sales is a plus, but not required, we're
willing to train the right individuals
Comfortable with basic computer skills
Would like to work PT or FT as a 1099 contractor from home
Quiet home office/place to work. No background noise such as pets or children

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
PC or Mac
Computer USB headset
High speed DSL or Cable internet
Wireless is prohibited

You pick your availability and would only be scheduled within the availability you choose. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm MST. We're closed for major holidays & weekends.

Pay is $8 per hour PLUS pay per transfer & some nice daily & weekly bonus opportunities. The next training session is coming up fast!
