You would join Reality Debt Solutions' team of phone agents, helping to further qualify potential customers once they've requested help online. We use a top of the line call center software to call leads back within seconds, and then follow up. We use a dynamic workflow that will guide you along based on customers' responses to a series of questions. We work with wonderful partners who really help our customers, including our own sister nonprofit credit counseling firm. Quality is a priority for us. We're a fun team and we're growing! Requested work commitment of 20 to 40 hours a week. Limited substitute positions are also available. Sub positions will work as hours become available. Agents are independent contractors 1099, not employees.
SKILL SET OVERVIEW:
Excellent listening and communication skills
Answer general customer questions, guidelines provided
Ability to follow a basic workflow
Marketing/lead generation experience preferred but not required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 to apply
Must reside in the US
Must be reliable and dedicated
Experience in marketing, lead generation, or sales is a plus, but not required willing to train the right individuals
Comfortable with basic computer skills
Would like to work PT or FT as a 1099 contractor from home
Quiet home office/place to work. No background noise such as pets or children
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
PC or Mac
Computer USB headset
High speed DSL or Cable internet
Wireless is prohibited
You would pick your availability and would only be scheduled within the availability you choose. After the first two weeks, it's easy to take time off, as long as it's requested at least a week in advance. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm MST. We're closed for major holidays & weekends.
Pay is $8 per hour PLUS pay per transfer & some nice daily & weekly bonus opportunities.
