A non-profit journalism organization is seeking a Virtual Leadership and Talent Development Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing existing leadership development initiatives
- Developing, tracking, and evaluating leadership and talent program outcomes
- Developing a shared inclusion database and resume bank for all potential job candidates
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS degree is required
- 8+ years experience in building partnerships/collaboration
- 8+ years experience in driving execution for results
- 8+ years experience in working independently and thinking creatively
- 8+ years experience in change management and working in complex organization structures
