Job Summary
A consumer and business credit reporting and marketing service provider is seeking a Virtual Learning and Development Director in Allen.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Bringing thought leadership to our training delivery platforms
- Developing a framework for tracking training effectiveness
- Designing comprehensive training programs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of ten (10) years prior work experience across learning and development functions
- Minimum of five (5) years of direct leadership experience managing teams of learning professionals
- Familiarity with virtual and remote learning concepts and Learning Management Systems
- Ability to work cross-functionally with an inclusive mindset and drive for results
