Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Learning Management System Administrator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining LMS to include administration of all licensed modules and content
- Creating and modifying course configurations in the course catalog
- Developing and maintaining the learning management records
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2 – 5 years related experience; or an advanced degree without experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to determine root cause
- A positive and proactive approach
- Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities
- Ability to self-manage time and multiple priorities
