Job Summary

A transcription service needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Legal Transcriptionist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Format of legal citations properly
  • Transcribe a variety of legal recordings

Qualifications Include:

  • Specific experience of the set-up of legal pleadings, agreements, court headings, interrogatories
  • 2+ years of increasingly responsible legal work in a law firm
  • Good working knowledge of the proper format of legal citations
  • Must pass a typing test with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute with 90% accuracy
