Job Summary
A transcription services company has an open position for a Virtual Legal Transcriptionist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Turning audio and video recordings into organized and accurate written documents for clients
- Transcribing interviews, meetings, conferences, dictations, telephone conversations, and speeches
- Proofreading and editing documents, and delivering client projects under time sensitive deadlines
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 1-year experience transcribing legal or verbatim dictation
- Excellent command of the English language and the ability to proofread your work accurately
- Own computer with active antivirus software, a licensed copy of MS Word, and Internet capability
- Ability to complete assigned work within a given turnaround time
