A contact center and outsourced customer management solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Licensed Health Insurance Agent.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Actively listening to their needs and developing the best solution
- Answering inbound calls from individuals who are interested in learning more
- Educating our members on their options
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills
- Licensed to sell Health Insurance in your current state of residence
- High school diploma or GED is required
- 6 months experience in a customer facing work environment
- Authorized to work in the United States
