Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Virtual Licensed Insurance Personal Lines Customer Care Representative in Waukesha.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling calls in the Personal Lines Customer Care Center queue
  • Answering questions and give advice about home and auto insurance coverages
  • Handling billing and claims inquiries from policyholders and agents

Qualifications Include:

  • Property & Casualty agent’s license
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • API designation and/or completion of at least 2 parts of CISR Program
  • 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • 2 years providing customer service in that industry
  • 2 years of endorsement entry experience
