Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Delivering white glove Concierge services
• Providing meaningful and relevant insight to customers
• Recommending tailored solutions to the customer to drive brand loyalty

Skills and Requirements Include:

• High school diploma or GED
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Experience in a white glove or luxury industry
• Must be internet savvy and proficient at navigating multiple systems at one time
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
