Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Virtual Live Classroom Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing exceptional service and support to faculty and students with technical issues
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating solutions with the technical team
  • Being available for incoming calls during peak times

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year working in a service-oriented, customer support, technical support or related field
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately; must be able to multitask in high-intensity situations
  • Excellent computer skills (Current Microsoft & Apple OS, Microsoft Office)
  • Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong customer service background
