Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Virtual Live Classroom Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing exceptional service and support to faculty and students with technical issues
- Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating solutions with the technical team
- Being available for incoming calls during peak times
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year working in a service-oriented, customer support, technical support or related field
- Ability to work quickly and accurately; must be able to multitask in high-intensity situations
- Excellent computer skills (Current Microsoft & Apple OS, Microsoft Office)
- Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong customer service background
