Job Summary
A national mortgage originator is in need of a Virtual Loan Application Underwriter in Indianapolis.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing and validating loan application data and documents received for decision
- Running and reviewing all pertinent risk and collateral evaluation tools prior to loan decision
- Communicating loan decision to Originator
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of more of Underwriting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail Oriented/Organized individual will thrive in this position
- Knowledge in FHA, VA, FNMA and FHLMC Required
- Direct Endorsement Certification
