Job Summary
A business process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Magazine and Products Industry Inbound Customer Service Representative in the Boone Area.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Receiving inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service
- Responding to product and service inquiries
- Processing payments and updating accounts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must live within 60-mile radius of Boone, Iowa facility and attend mandatory training onsite October 16 - November 10 from 9am - 4pm
- Minimum of 20 hours/week
- Minimum typing requirements of 25 wpm
- Abel to simultaneously navigate multiple PC screens and systems
- Proficient ability to read, write and speak the English language
- Customer Service background or experience working with people
- Must have a clean, safe, noise-free work space and a broadband connection with minimum download speed of 5mbps upload speed of 1 mbps
