Motivated and tech-savvy, the full-time Virtual Maintenance Technician will assist residents of multifamily, single-family, and student housing remotely by providing step-by-step guidance through messaging for basic maintenance and repair needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to residents through clear communication and troubleshooting of maintenance issues
  • Utilize Happy Force software to triage and respond to incoming maintenance tickets
  • Collaborate with on-site teams to escalate issues and support maintenance resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of on-site residential maintenance experience
  • Fluent written English language and grammar skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like Google Docs
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between residents, property management, and maintenance teams
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic maintenance issues efficiently
