Job Summary
Motivated and tech-savvy, the full-time Virtual Maintenance Technician will assist residents of multifamily, single-family, and student housing remotely by providing step-by-step guidance through messaging for basic maintenance and repair needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to residents through clear communication and troubleshooting of maintenance issues
- Utilize Happy Force software to triage and respond to incoming maintenance tickets
- Collaborate with on-site teams to escalate issues and support maintenance resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of on-site residential maintenance experience
- Fluent written English language and grammar skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like Google Docs
- Strong understanding of the relationship between residents, property management, and maintenance teams
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic maintenance issues efficiently
