Job Summary

A marketing and survey research company is filling a position for a Virtual Market Research Telephone Interviewer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Read questions clearly and verbatim
• Place outbound calls
• Accurately record answers into the computer

Position Requirements Include:

• Dependability and professional attitude
• Excellent reading, listening, grammar and enunciation skills
• Basic computer literacy (sending emails, opening documents, and data entry)
• Willing to be receptive to and act upon performance coaching/feedback
• The ability to work effectively without face-to-face supervision
