A cryptocurrency exchange company is in need of a Virtual Marketing-Community Operations Clerk.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting and executing social network operations
• Organizing and coordinating community and social network interactive activities
• Performing trends analysis and insights in user needs by using qualitative feedback

Qualifications Include:

• 1 year working experience in community operations and management
• Profound knowledge of community operations, online customer support and excellent communication skills
• Experience in organizing and planning on activities at community, familiar with social medias operation
• Strong English verbal and written ability
• Sensitive to data, a strong logical, data mining and analysis ability
