Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 year's experience of supervisory experience in overseeing call center, customer service, and inquiry response operations
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing customer service or technical support in a call center
- Ability to supervise a team
- Ability to ensure users have a personalized, consistent experience across all digital and human touch points
