Job Summary

A marketing and management services company has an open position for a Virtual Marketing Contact Center Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Supervising a team
Designing and implementing intelligent solutions
Ensuring users have a personalized, consistent experience across all digital and human touch points

Skills and Requirements Include:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 year's experience of supervisory experience in overseeing call center, customer service, and inquiry response operations
Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing customer service or technical support in a call center
Ability to supervise a team
Ability to ensure users have a personalized, consistent experience across all digital and human touch points
