A marketing and management services company has an open position for a Virtual Marketing Contact Center Supervisor.

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 year's experience of supervisory experience in overseeing call center, customer service, and inquiry response operations
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing customer service or technical support in a call center
  • Ability to supervise a team
  • Ability to ensure users have a personalized, consistent experience across all digital and human touch points
