Virtual Marketing Leader

Job Summary

A software as a service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Marketing Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Helping our 25+ person team rapidly & effectively execute on the vision of our B2B SaaS platform
• Keeping our Marketing and Sales teams on track
• Using your operational and marketing expertise to incite more tremendous growth in the coming months

Qualifications Include:

• Must be able to manage team performance by establishing performance objectives, KPIs, feedback loops, and goals
• Must be able to operate within the JIRA/Confluence virtual project environment
• Must be able to work with a 16-person virtual marketing team
• Must have knowledge and experience with Operational Methodology, such as Agile, Scrum, EOS etc.
• Must be able to work with Slack
• Must be able to develop and streamline marketing processes and functions
