Job Summary

An educational company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Math Teacher.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Acquainting students to their coursework and communicating course and school requirements
• Employing synchronous and asynchronous tools to supplement course content
• Tracking student progress and help students stay on pace to complete class by class end date

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Teaching certification for grades 6-12 is required
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
• Meet highly qualified teacher requirements
• OH, IA, TN, WV, or VT teaching certification in ELA with experience teaching in that subject
• Strong content and subject matter knowledge
• Three years or more of classroom teaching experience with one year of online teaching experience
