Job Summary

A full-service architect-engineering firms has a current position open for a Virtual Mechanical HVAC Designer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Modeling software and generate mechanical HVAC design deliverables, BOMs, and commodity lists
• Acting as the mechanical HVAC design team lead

Qualifications Include:

• Experience with SmartPlant S3D or Bentley Open Buildings Designer modeling software
• Minimum seven years of detailed design experience in the development of mechanical plant design drawings
• Proficiency with design software tools in executing 3D plant layout models
