Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Virtual Medical Customer Service Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interacting with customers, company sales and/or service representatives
- Receiving customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns
- Updating databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma
- Salesforce experience desired
- Able to record and report the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules
