Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Virtual Medical Customer Service Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Interacting with customers, company sales and/or service representatives
  • Receiving customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns
  • Updating databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma
  • Salesforce experience desired
  • Able to record and report the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules
