Job Summary

To enhance provider efficiency and patient satisfaction, the full-time or part-time Virtual Medical Scribe will perform medical record documentation and clerical duties remotely, working within specified shift needs from approved states.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing and assembling medical record documentation to support healthcare providers
• Entering the patient room virtually with the physician to capture and transcribe medical record documentation
• Updating patient medical records with clinical information as directed by the physician

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
• Typing speed of 45+ words per minute
• Ability to understand and maintain HIPAA regulations
• Residency in a state approved for virtual work with ProScribe
