Job Summary
A medical scribe company is seeking a Virtual Medical Scribe.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Spending one-on-one time with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Applying proficiency in medical terminology, and handle any and all patient information per HIPAA regulations
- Scribing in real-time to accompany physician during clinic,and documenting patient information into the EMR
Required Skills:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Minimum GPA 3.2
- Can communicate any provider's schedule changes to the client services team
- Able to input orders as directed by the provider including laboratory tests, radiology tests, and more
- Passion for the medical field and typing test score of 60+ WPM
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Laptop or Desktop with webcam and at least 8gb RAM
