Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Virtual Member Provider Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Receiving inbound calls from current and potential members
- Receiving calls from providers with questions
- Maintaining performance and quality standards
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able to work the duration of the project (September – March) during the hours of operation 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM CST
- 1 year Commercial (under 65), Medicaid, and/or Medicare health plan experience OR the equivalent customer service/call center experience
- Strong computer literacy
- Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
