Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Virtual Member Provider Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Receiving inbound calls from current and potential members
  • Receiving calls from providers with questions
  • Maintaining performance and quality standards

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Must be able to work the duration of the project (September – March) during the hours of operation 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM CST
  • 1 year Commercial (under 65), Medicaid, and/or Medicare health plan experience OR the equivalent customer service/call center experience
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
