Job Summary

An estate and business planning organization has an open position for a Virtual Member Success Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing a goal-oriented onboarding experience
  • Owning overall relationship with assigned member firms
  • Increasing member retention by designing and conducting proactive and targeted outreach plans

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Occasional travel required for company events
  • Associates degree required
  • Working knowledge of SalesForce and DocuSign required
  • 3+ years in a direct customer service role, handling numerous phones and email inquiries every day
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
