A fitness software development company is in need of a Remote Membership Services Trainer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Communicating pre-hire expectations to new team members
- Creating and managing the overall curriculum structure
- Conducting focus groups with new and tenured agents
Position Requirements Include:
- 2 years experience developing, resourcing, and facilitating training
- Fundamental understanding of creating training materials and workflows
- Ability to provide three weeks of training
- Ability to engage/hold the attention of training classes in a virtual environment
- Ability to improve materials and processes for upskill training for tenured agents
