Job Summary
An online school of higher education needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Mental Health Counseling Contributing Faculty Member.
Must be able to:
- Interact with students within Blackboard
- Be in the classroom a minimum of 4 days per week
- Verify the accuracy of student postings and submissions
Position Requirements Include:
- Some travel could be required (minimally once per quarter)
- Ability to participate in residencies, national faculty meetings and other work-related travel
- Current state licensure as a mental health professional
- 3 years of experience teaching and mentoring Master's and/or Doctoral level students
- Ability to provide leadership and mentoring for students in the research process
- Earned doctorate in Counseling or Counselor Education from a CACREP accredited program
