Job Summary
An online university is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Mentoring Trainer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting training needs analyses
- Developing competency-based instructional models to address training and mentor development needs
- Developing, curating, and maintaining training and reference materials
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Requires travel to a training facility for at least one week each month, additional travel to annual and/or semi-annual meetings may be required
- Master's degree
- 2 years of experience in training, or managerial roles or teaching/advising higher-ed students
- Experience working independently in remote setting
- Experience with distance-learning and adult-learning
- Experience delivering training (facilitation, teaching) in virtual environment
