-As a Telesales Account Executive, we bring the call center to you.
-The company provides Telesales Account Executives with businesses to contact through our CRM where the daily goal is to collect merchant statements and schedule appointments for price comparisons. Success is measured in the number of statements received and the number of new clients won as a result of your direct participation!
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
-Maintain work hours of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
-Contact business owners about providing a price comparison of services.
-Diligently update our CRM with notes and scheduled follow ups.
-Follow up on commitments and promises offered by business owners.
-Educating his or herself on the industry to be able to provide the most accurate information on industry trends.
-Professionally and effectively communicate with managers and reach target goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be able to quickly familiarize yourself with the payment processing industry.
-Possess strong computer skills and previous experience working in a call center environment.
-Thrive in an environment that encourages autonomy and forward thinking.
-Possess a fast computer with webcam and reliable internet connection.
-Access to a private workspace without background noise during business hours.
-Strong communication skills demonstrated through a friendly and outgoing personality.
