Job Summary

A cloud communications platform as a service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Messaging Technical Support Engineer 3.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Functioning as the voice to our customers and partners
  • Operating as a subject matter expert for Programmable Messaging API
  • Providing friendly, professional customer service

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a client-facing technical role
  • A firm understanding of the technology stacks common to the Web ecosystem
  • Ability to professionally and diplomatically address customer concerns and provide concise feedback
  • A functional knowledge of general purpose programming languages
  • Ability to work West Coast PST hours with a Tuesday - Sunday shift
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
