A cloud communications platform as a service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Messaging Technical Support Engineer 3.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Functioning as the voice to our customers and partners
- Operating as a subject matter expert for Programmable Messaging API
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years’ experience in a client-facing technical role
- A firm understanding of the technology stacks common to the Web ecosystem
- Ability to professionally and diplomatically address customer concerns and provide concise feedback
- A functional knowledge of general purpose programming languages
- Ability to work West Coast PST hours with a Tuesday - Sunday shift
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
