Job Summary

A teletherapy program has a current position open for a Virtual Michigan School Social Worker.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing direct services, attending IEP meetings and writing social work goals for the remainder of the 22-23 school year
• Conducting virtual assessments to identify the needs and strengths of individual students and families
• Collaborating virtually with school staff to provide comprehensive support to students

Qualifications for this position include:

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution
• Michigan LMSW
• Knowledge of social, emotional, and behavioral issues impacting students
• Strong virtual interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with virtual school staff
• 1099 contract with liability insurance
