Job Summary
An education solutions provider is in need of a Virtual Middle School and High School Social Studies Teacher.
Must be able to:
- Acquaint students to their coursework and communicate course and school requirements
- Maintain a full load of students in certified content area
- Maintain availability to students and parents between 8am and 5pm Monday- Friday
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- Any state but preferably PA, IN, MN or MI teaching certification in Social Studies and experience teaching in this subject
- Three years or more of classroom teaching experience with one year of online teaching experience
- Teaching certification for 6-12 required
- Meet highly qualified teacher requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online tools
