Virtual Missouri School Counselor

Job Summary

A teletherapy program is filling a position for a Virtual Missouri School Counselor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions with students on a regular basis to provide emotional support, guidance, and advice
• Providing crisis intervention and support to students experiencing emotional distress
• Collaborating with teachers and parents to create individualized learning plans for students with academic and behavioral challenges

Qualifications Include:

• Master's degree in school counseling or related field
• Missouri school counselor certification
• Experience providing counseling services to K-12 students
• Knowledge of online learning platforms and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a virtual environment
