Job Summary
A manufacturing company has an open position for a Virtual Monitoring Specialist in Dallas .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide excellent support by handling high volumes of alarm activations, such as burglary, fire, medical, and equipment failure alarms, received from a customer’s security system
- Respond to customer emails using Microsoft Outlook, and answering their phone calls
- Monitor incoming alarm signals. This will typically include telephone calls to customers, police & fire authorities
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of call center/dispatch or 6+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
