Job Summary

A financial institution has an open position for a Virtual Mortgage Banker in Chicago.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working with new purchase loans
• Working with mortgage lending or retail mortgage banking

Qualifications Include:

• Three or more new purchase loans per month
• Minimum of three years of mortgage lending or retail mortgage banking experience
• College degree or equivalent work or military experience
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC guidelines
