Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Virtual Mortgage Closer in Florida City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review preliminary title reports to identify excluded items and necessary endorsements
- Review Processor input and confirm payees and zero tolerance fees with Settlement Agent
- Verify and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable federal, state laws, regulatory and government standards
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Quick with technology
- 2 years experience as a Closer for Conventional, FHA or VA loans, or a closer who worked for a title company
