Job Summary

A mortgage company has an open position for a Virtual Mortgage Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy and patience

Qualifications for this position include:
