Job Summary

An financial institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Mortgage Loan Closing Specialist I.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Preparing and reviewing closing disclosure
• Issuing closing instructions when directed to Title Companies/Closing Agents
• Providing all necessary documents

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Some knowledge of CFPB regulations and TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) guidelines
• Knowledge of guidelines and legal requirements associated with the different types of loans closed and insured
• Some knowledge of title insurance guidelines
• 1-2 years of Loan Closing/Mtg Processing Experience
• Loan Closing / Closing Coordinator / Mtg Processing experience
