Job Summary
An financial institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Mortgage Loan Closing Specialist I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing and reviewing closing disclosure
- Issuing closing instructions when directed to Title Companies/Closing Agents
- Providing all necessary documents
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Some knowledge of CFPB regulations and TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) guidelines
- Knowledge of guidelines and legal requirements associated with the different types of loans closed and insured
- Some knowledge of title insurance guidelines
- 1-2 years of Loan Closing/Mtg Processing Experience
- Loan Closing / Closing Coordinator / Mtg Processing experience
