A staffing agency is seeking a Virtual Mortgage Underwriter in Denver.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Do appraisals and condo appraisals review
• Verify and validate for accuracy and completeness all documents received

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum 4 years of mortgage underwriting experience
• Must have an advanced understanding of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA and Investor guidelines
• Must possess the skills of a self-starter and use logic and experience to review and document files
