Job Summary
A moving and relocation company is in need of a Virtual Moving and Relocation Global Compensation Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver of compensation worksheets to client’s assignees prior to local deadlines
- Shadow payroll reporting
- Answer client / team questions about system and procedures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 6+ years working in an international payroll, global mobility, or auditing role
- 6+ years of leading team members to deliver client services
- In depth understanding of expatriate payroll administration
- Proven customer service focus and collaborative working style
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
