Job Summary

An accounting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual NetSuite Implementation Accounting Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform daily bank reconciliation of deposits
  • Post Journal Entries into NetSuite
  • Assist with monthly close process

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Proficient with excel (VLOOKUP, Sumifs and Pivot Tables)
  • Display confidence in identifying problems and make recommendations on solutions
  • NetSuite finance module experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • 2-3 Years of NetSuite Experience
