Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Virtual New Employee Orientation Learning Designer.
Must be able to:
- Creating and managing digital learning orientation assets to meet new employee needs
- Designing and delivering other orientation assets like events
- Applying human-centered design to learn about new employee needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience applying adult learning theory
- Proficiency with learning and design technologies such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Photoshop
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
- Strong visual design skills
