Job Summary

A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is filling a position for a Virtual New Group Plan Document Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assigning new groups for Plan Document writers
  • Participating in implementation of department projects as needed
  • Influencing change/enhancement to business processes, policies and system infrastructure

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce and Outlook applications
  • 1-3 years recent and related experience required
  • Effective time management, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to anticipate workload needs and to follow through with minimum direction
  • High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience
