Job Summary
A national telemarketing company is filling a position for a Virtual Newspaper Industry Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Making outbound or inbound calls
- Utilizing a web-based predictive dialing system
- Setting appointments and following up on customer service
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Windows based computing skills
- Customer Service and/or Telemarketing experience
- Ability to commit to 16 hours or more per week; half or more on evenings/weekends
- Computer and internet must meet the technical requirements
- Must have a USB headset and working printer attached to your computer
