Job Summary
A healthcare services and support organization needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Care App Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing a monthly reporting framework to demonstrate both team productivity and program impact and effectiveness
- Working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Clinical Leadership to develop workflows
- Managing all provider scheduling functions
Position Requirements Include:
- National board certification as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration
- 3-5 years of practice as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
- 3-5 years of practice operations experience, preferably in a primary care or virtual care setting
- Strong mentoring and relationship building skills
- Track record of working to develop Electronic Medical Record and CRM workflows
