Job Summary

A healthcare services and support organization needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Care App Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing a monthly reporting framework to demonstrate both team productivity and program impact and effectiveness
• Working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Clinical Leadership to develop workflows
• Managing all provider scheduling functions

Position Requirements Include:

• National board certification as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration
• 3-5 years of practice as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
• 3-5 years of practice operations experience, preferably in a primary care or virtual care setting
• Strong mentoring and relationship building skills
• Track record of working to develop Electronic Medical Record and CRM workflows
