Job Summary
An educational company is seeking a Virtual Nursing and Health Science MSN FlexPath Program Faculty Member.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assessing learning through feedback, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Contributing to curriculum and course development
- Teaching, demonstrating knowledge of adult learning theory and practices
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Infrequent travel to attend commencement and other major events may be requested
- Experience in design, development and improvement of first course curriculum and assessments in online environment
- Candidates from the discipline of nursing must hold an active, unencumbered RN license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Doctorate from a regionally accredited institution is required
- Candidate must have an earned MSN degree from a regionally accredited institution
- Experience that demonstrates an understanding of the specific needs of the non-traditional adult learner
